Our Values
Clarke is a founder of AJBoggs and a creative, humble leader with deep expertise in software development, internet technologies, and business strategy. He guides the company’s sales, research, and the development of cloud services and health eligibility portals. Known for his thoughtful approach and steady leadership, Clarke brings a balance of innovation and practicality to every project. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Outside of work, Clarke is actively involved in nonprofit initiatives and community service. He enjoys reading, catching a Lugnuts game, and spending time in nature.
Isabel is a product strategist based in Columbus, Ohio focused on creating tech solutions that make a difference. With a Ph.D in Information Science and Technology from Syracuse University, she has a strong foundation in understanding user needs and collaborating across teams to create and manage our product offerings.
Outside of work, Clarke is actively involved in nonprofit initiatives and community service. He enjoys reading, catching a Lugnuts game, and spending time in nature.
Samitha brings diverse technical experience from working across platforms in the U.S. and abroad. With strong skills in database planning, development, and troubleshooting, she approaches every task with focus, reliability, and a passion for problem-solving. She’s known for staying calm under pressure and embracing new tools with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Outside of work, Samitha enjoys gardening, hiking, and catching up on her favorite OTT shows. She also volunteers as secretary of a nonprofit that celebrates Kerala’s culture through local community events in Lansing.
Ramonda brings over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, leadership, and strategic growth. With a decade spent in the healthcare industry and the last five years focused on cybersecurity software, forensics, and e-discovery, she offers a unique blend of industry insight and solution-driven expertise. Her work is grounded in building meaningful partnerships and delivering value in complex, evolving environments.
Outside the office, Ramonda enjoys staying active, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
With over 30 years of experience, Richard leads technology initiatives across healthcare, insurance, and government sectors. He specializes in aligning IT with business goals, managing projects, and driving operational efficiency. Based in Lansing, he’s known for delivering innovative, results-focused solutions.
Outside of work, he enjoys RV camping and relaxing at his cottage in northern Michigan with his wife and two energetic terriers.
