
To support field assessors working in remote areas, we built SIS Venture, an offline application that enables assessments to be conducted without an internet connection and securely synced later. Additionally, our 24/7 SIS Help Desk ensures assessors receive the technical and operational support they need, minimizing disruptions and enabling efficient, accurate, and timely support planning.
We partnered with AAIDD to develop SISOnline®, a web-based platform that standardizes and streamlines the Supports Intensity Scale® (SIS®) assessment process. By measuring an individual’s functional support needs—including home living, health and safety, social participation, and employment—SISOnline® helps agencies determine eligibility, service intensity, and funding allocations with data-driven accuracy. The platform also tracks reassessments and provides customizable reporting tools, allowing agencies to analyze trends and refine policies based on real-time data.
